You’ll make a difference by:

Responsible for establishing & optimizing processes, portfolios, systems…etc. in after sales services area.Effectively understanding of customer requirements, own capabilities (of dept/team/serviceline), existing product/services portfolios and suitably establishing after-sales related processes/systems/ tools/applications…etc. Strategically mapping, re-looking(reviewing) of processes/products/portfolios to better manage the growth.

Your success is grounded in:

Should have good knowledge and expertise in aftersales service processes.(i.e Knowledge in various products, relevant tools/applications/systems, hands on customer facing experience is necessary.) Good understanding about Siemens products/services/documentation/standards would be of advantage.Goal/Result oriented person with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Having knowledge/hands-on experience in working against KPIs/ SLA/ Timelines/Deadlines…etc. driven services.Good English proficiency (verbal, written) and exposure in tools/applications/processes/platforms and Microsoft Office. Flexible working with different time zone customers.
