You’ll make a difference by:We’re looking for a strategic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead GBS initiatives across Singapore, Malaysia, and India. This role will align regional efforts with global strategy to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and improve the customer experience.
Customer Communication: Boost transparency of GBS services through social media, events, content creation, and targeted campaigns.Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with global objectives to support growth in Southeast Asia and India.Content Creation: Lead regional content efforts, producing materials like case studies, videos, and social posts in collaboration with global teams.Digital & social media: Lead GBS’s online presence and digital campaigns to drive engagement and thought leadership.Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency while adapting messaging for regional relevance.Your success is grounded in:Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate communication or global marketing.Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, across multiple channels.Expert in crafting and curating content, including articles, white papers, social media posts, blogs, and multimedia.Digital & Social Media savvy: Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, social media engagement, and the ability to demonstrate digital tools for maximum impact.
