To serve as a SPOC at site level for all kind of legal risks assessment, solutions and resolution of disputes. Helping Management to take certain key decisions pertaining to legal domain as per the business requirement

Key Accountabilities

1.

Identify potential liabilities arising out of breach or non-compliance with regard to statutory provisions in day to day operational transactions.

 

2.

Assist the management in identifying the legal risks and unwarranted encumbrances/limitations rooting in a proposed plan of action.

 

3.

Ensuring efficient safeguarding of the employer's interest while finalising agreements with external stakeholders

Litigation/Dispute Management

Tendering legal advisories

6.

Drafting and vetting of agreements

7.

Drafting of outward communications/documents having legal implications on organisations' interest

He must keep updated with the latest amendments taking place in the legal arena

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Any Graduate with LL.B. /LLM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required) 5-10 years’ experience in the relevant field in any manufacturing or service industry of repute
