Manage and oversee all land-related legal issues and projects within the organization. Conduct thorough research on land laws, regulations, and policies relevant to Thermal Projects. Negotiate and draft land agreements, contracts, and other legal documents. Coordinate with external legal counsel and government authorities on land matters. Provide legal guidance and support to internal teams on land acquisition and leasing. Ensure compliance with land laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks. Participate in land dispute resolution and represent the organization in legal proceedings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on land legal matters. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in land legislation affecting the organization. Contribute to the development and implementation of land legal strategies to support business objectives.
