Role & responsibilities

Support periodic expense and headcount reportingPerform periodic variance analysis, report any abnormal movement and take vital and timely actionsCoordinate and collaborate with divisional FP&A teamsPerform special projects and ad-hoc reporting as requiredWork closely on simplification and automation projectsAid in formulating the annual operational planning process (AOP) and the annual strategic planning process (STRAP)Monthly Hyperion Load & Validations

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

Chartered Accountant / MBA with 2-4 years of post-qualification experienceProficiency in MS Office & ERP systems (E1/SAP); Knowledge of Hyperion planning is a plusStrong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsCapable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a matrix organization
