Job Summary:

He/She should have 8-10 yrs experience in Solution Sales of BMS & IBMS (FAPA, ACS, CCTV, Physical Security) project sales in the industry.

Strong in technical & a team player.Should have worked with the local consultants and aware of the BMS/IBMS market.Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on month-on-month basisResponsible for Generating Lead to Order ClosureSavvy on latest trends in the BMS industry, handle tenders (Major Private),willing to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systemsPreferably having experience of handling Project/Solution Sales.Should have experience in working with ELV Consultants, ELV/MEP Contractors.Verticals: Builders, developers, Hospitality, Healthcare, Pharma, Commercials.Ready to Travel.Good experience in the Assigned Market/Region.

Solution/Products knowledge: BMS, Fire Alarm System, Security products (CCTV Cameras, Access Control systems etc), Physical Security Systems Like (Baggage Scanners, Boom Barrier, Turnstile, bollards etc)

 

 Qualifications:

Experience: 7-10 YearsMust have a proven track record of developing and closing net new businessMust have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customersWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office productsBachelor's degree in engineering, business or related disciplineRegion Handling – Punjab, Himachal, Uttarakhand, RajasthanBase Location: Gurgaon or Chandigarh
