Contract Admin Executive (Central & Site) - Mining
Contract Support and Compliance:
Understand contracts to ensure all terms and conditions are correctly interpreted and implemented.
Provide support in monitoring and maintaining contract documentation, ensuring timely updates and compliance with contractual obligations.
Coordination and Liaison:
Support in interfacing with Central Government (Nominated Authority, Ministry of Coal) for commercial coal blocks and between the Mine Owner and MDO for compliance of contractual obligations
Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among stakeholders by providing necessary updates and information.
Financial and Documentation Support:
Help manage financial transactions related to contracts, including tracking mining fees, and overseeing payment processes.
Assist in contractual obligations pertaining to documentation for invoicing and payment of bills.
Operational Assistance and Risk/Opportunity Management:
Assist in identifying potential risks/opportunities and support the resolution of issues related to contract execution.
Help prepare and maintain strategies to address disputes and ambiguities, ensuring timely resolution.
Reporting and Record-Keeping:
Preparation and submission of periodic reports and contractual correspondences including timely notification/replies to client
Accurate record-keeping and documentation for all contract-related activities.
Assist in reconciliation of billing and payment collection to ensure transparency and accuracy.
