General Administration:
Oversee daily administrative operations across the organization.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Maintain records, documentation, and reports related to administrative functions.
Facility Management:
Supervise maintenance of office infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, AMC, and facility upgrades.
Ensure safety, security, and hygiene standards are consistently met.
Manage space planning and office layout optimization.
Housekeeping:
Lead and monitor housekeeping staff and services.
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises, restrooms, and common areas.
Implement SOPs for cleaning schedules and quality checks.
Handle procurement and inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
Food & Beverage (F&B):
Oversee pantry operations and cafeteria services.
Coordinate with caterers and vendors for food quality, hygiene, and timely service.
Manage F&B budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
Conduct periodic audits of pantry and kitchen areas.
Experience: - 10+ Years
Education: - Any graduation
