Job Description Deputy Manager - Cardiff

£30k plus depending on experience
Immediate start available and interview to be arranged straight away 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Support the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards of care.Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainability.Engage with families and external stakeholders to promote the service.Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in care and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.Proven experience in a managerial role within adult services.Strong understanding of CIW regulations and quality standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.Strong organisational and time management skills.Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
