Deputy Manager (Female Only) - Learning Disabilities Services
Location: Birmingham
Salary: C. £32,400
Hours: 37 hours per week (5 out of 7 days, occasional weekends)
Contract Type: Permanent
Travel: Driving licence and own vehicle preferred
I am seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Deputy Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of two small, homely residential services supporting adults with learning disabilities in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership and daily management across two residential servicesSupervise and support a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred careParticipate in the on-call rota and provide occasional weekend coverTravel for referrals and assessments as requiredEssential Criteria:
Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)Proven experience in a supervisory role such as Team Leader, Senior Support Worker, or Deputy Manager within a setting for adults with learning disabilities.Strong IT skills and confidence using digital systemsFlexible, proactive, and organised with excellent communication skillsAbility to travel outside the local area - driving licence and own vehicle preferredIn return for your excellent skills and experience, you will be rewarded with:
