**Your role and responsibilities**
Leadership & People Management:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of TA professionals including recruiters, sourcing specialists, and coordinators.
* Drive team engagement, performance, development, and retention.
* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Delivery Management:
* Own and manage end-to-end delivery of recruitment for US roles across multiple functions (Hospitality).
* Ensure hiring SLAs, TAT, and quality metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
* Implement best practices in sourcing, screening, selection, and candidate engagement.
? Stakeholder Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business heads, HRBPs, and hiring managers across geographies.
* Understand business needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
* ? Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
* Forecast hiring needs and allocate resources effectively.
* Develop data-driven hiring strategies using talent market insights and analytics.
* Collaborate with employer branding, campus hiring, and onboarding teams as needed.
Compliance & Governance:
* Ensure adherence to all internal processes and external compliance norms (EEO, OFCCP, etc.).
* Maintain audit-readiness and robust documentation practice
**Required technical and professional expertise**
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Deputy Group Manager - US Talent Acquisition to lead and drive end-to-end recruitment delivery across the US geography. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing high-performing recruitment teams, partnering with global stakeholders, and delivering on large-scale hiring mandates across functions. This is a strategic role that requires both operational excellence and a strong people management orientation.
· 12-15 years of total experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing US recruitment teams.
· Strong knowledge of US hiring landscape, sourcing strategies, immigration basics (e.g., H1B, GC), and compliance practices.
· Proven experience in handling high-volume hiring and niche skill mandates.
· Expertise in working with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment analytics dashboards.
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree (Required); MBA/PG in HR or equivalent (Preferred)
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Prior experience in a BPO/KPO/IT services setup with a focus on US hiring.
* Exposure to recruitment automation tools and workforce planning platforms.
* Demonstrated success in driving transformation and process excellence initiatives in TA.
