JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead spare parts management transformation initiatives.Lead material management & order management for spare parts businessDrive digital initiatives, productivity & quality improvementsSpearhead & establish the strategies for capacity expansion, competency growth, parts obsolescence management, customer service levels improvements & overall TAT reductionDrive supplier performance improvement actions & capacity enhancementsCollaborate with field, sales, marketing, finance & engineering teams for seamless execution of strategies & transformation projectsGuide & lead the passionate team of professionals towards their professional & organizational growth

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum requirement of Bachelors Degree in Mechanical from a reputed institution. MBA from reputed institutions shall be added advantage

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 15+ years of total work experience which includes experience in spare parts business, material management, logistics, project management & people management (Min 7-8 years). Experience in service field or sales and elevator industry shall be an added advantage. Must have experience working with multilingual & cultural customers, business planning, P&L and coordination of deliverables with numerous functions.

ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES IF REQUIRED

Strong/clear communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsAbility to communicate with senior management & stakeholdersAbility to lead diversified teams & manage stake holders expectationsAbility to team across functions & countries and resolve conflictsProficient with MS office tools
