The Deputy General Manager - Mechanical Structure will be responsible for:

Leading the design, development, and implementation of mechanical structures for power and energy projects. Providing technical expertise and guidance on mechanical engineering principles and best practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects. Managing budget, resources, and timelines to meet project objectives. Overseeing quality control processes to maintain high standards of workmanship. Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 16-22 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry. Demonstrated track record of success in managing mechanical structure projects. Experience in leading and developing teams to achieve project goals.
