You'll be responsible for assisting the General Manager and help to lead Catering and Hospitality services on site, meeting contractual and financial parameters and being the main point of contact for department managers in catering services on site.
Whatyou’ll do:
Ensure the efficient and financially controlled delivery of all Catering and Hospitality services across the designated site. Plan, organise and manage delivery of all services within all the catering operational business areas Ensure standards of service detailed in the service level agreement, KPIs and within the schedules of the contractual terms and conditions are achieved, maintained and developed for assigned operational business areaMaintain excellent client/customer relationshipsManage all aspects of performance of an assigned group of direct reportsWhat you bring:
Proven knowledge and extensive experience of working in a senior management role within the soft FM service and/or high-volume catering industry.Demonstrable track record of successfully controlling budgets and reducing operational overspend, specifically in food or retail consumption.Strong people leadership and management skills, including the ability to manage performance, conflict, and engagement across diverse teams.High-level management knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation and practical application.Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, capable of making independent, commercially sound decisions.
