Location: Stadium Way, South Elmsall.
Salary (£): £29,847 - £41,316 - dependant on skills and experience.
Hours: 36 (Mon-Thu 08:00-16:00 / Fri 08:00-15:45)
This role supports the processing and reporting of bonus payments across our logistics operations. You’ll help ensure that all bonus data is accurate, processed on time, and aligned with business standards. Bonus payments total over £12 million per year, covering 8,000+ colleagues across:
Warehousing - Team Members (Site Specific Schemes)Warehousing - Grade 3 ManagersTotal Platform OperationsRegional Service CentresProduct Quality & ComplianceNext Furniture ManufacturingLGV & Van Drivers
You’ll work closely with your team to maintain data accuracy, prepare reports, and respond to queries from across the business. Main Duties (about the role):
Bonus and Payroll Support
Assist in preparing and checking weekly and monthly bonus data for payrollHelp ensure payment information is accurate and submitted on timeSupport the resolution of any bonus or payment-related queriesData and Reporting
Collect and organise productivity and performance data from multiple sourcesSupport the production of regular management information (MI) and performance reportsMaintain and update key reporting files (finance, KPI, MI, Google Sheets, etc.)Carry out data checks to ensure accuracy and consistencyQuality and Accuracy
Support senior team members with data validation and quality assuranceHelp investigate and correct data issues or anomaliesStakeholder Support
Work closely with internal teams (Payroll, Finance, Operations) to share and verify informationRespond to ad-hoc reporting or data requests professionally and accuratelyTeam Collaboration and Development
Work as part of a collaborative team, supporting your analysts and the wider teamContribute to process improvements and team initiativesProjects and Continuous Improvement
Assist with small projects and business initiatives when requiredSuggest ideas for improving data processes and report quality
Candidate Requirements (About you):
Essential:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyGood working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.)Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesGood communication and teamwork skillsComfortable working with numbers and large data setsWillingness to learn and develop new technical and analytical skillsSome experience with reporting, data analysis, or payroll processes (desirable, not essential)
Desirable:
Experience of leading and motivating a high performing team with proven, time sensitive resultsA background in BI, MI or developing reportsExperience in warehousing / distributionA working knowledge of operatives’ bonus and productivity related incentive schemes either in Next Distribution or a similar environment
