Main Responsibilities :
Become a part of a high-energy team of General Trade blending in a highly fast-paced environment.
Gain a holistic visibility of the General Trade business.
Managing distributor relationships
Build expertise in execution and operational excellence.
Leading, training, and coaching field teams to deliver business targets.
Ensuring the excellence execution and profitable operations of distributor
Exposure to large stakeholders, internal and external.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of working experience in FMCG Sales
Holds a Bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Agile, proactive, and curious.
Strong distributor relationship management
Good with data and able to generate insights with action plan
Having experience on developing team and influencing the stakeholders
Willing to be placed in Kota Pontianak (Kalimantan Barat)
