Main Responsibilities:

Manage and grow key eCommerce pure play accounts

Drive revenue, market share, and profitability for HC categories

Build strong relationships & negotiations with buyers, category managers, and trade partners

Manage budget to achieve business target

Coordinate with cross functional team to ensure demand creation

Qualifications:

Min 2 years' experience in handling e-Commerce platform

Experience with major retailers/marketplaces and executing Joint Business Plans

Excellent business acumen

Skilled in negotiation, and building client relationships

Soft Skills

Structured thinking and problem-solving

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management

Customer-first mindset

High adaptability and resilience
