We are looking for a dedicated Dept Secretary like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** Coordinates and facilitates clerical services the department. **What you will do in this role:** + Acts as the receptionist for the department, answering inquiries of general nature by the hospital staff, leadership, patients and families, community and visitors. + Coordinates and maintains ordering of supplies for the department + Demonstrates the communication skills necessary in dealing with physicians. employees and administrative staff. + Answers telephone and relays appropriate messages in a timely manner using appropriate etiquette. + Ethics and Compliance Expectations 1.
