Depot Technician
Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Depot Life Cycle Services Technician to join a rapidly growing team at this leading technology company. This role involves managing the complete device lifecycle from new deployments to refurbishment and redistribution in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have reimaging experience, excellent organizational skills, and great verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Process and configure new devices for client deployments and employee onboarding Manage device returns and perform comprehensive refurbishment procedures Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation systems Coordinate shipping and receiving operations for device lifecycle management Communicate with clients via Teams and email regarding device status and timelines Collaborate with IT teams on device specifications and deployment requirements Perform quality control testing on refurbished equipment before redistribution Support warehouse operations and maintain organized storage systems We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and email communication platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction 1+ years of hands-on experience with computer hardware and device configuration (SCCM and Intune highly preferred) Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and tracking procedures ( Autotask highly preferred) Experience with shipping/receiving operations and package handling
