Are you an experienced and dynamic Depot Coordinator looking for your next position?

We are looking for a Depot Coordinator  to join our friendly team at out Packed Products Depot in Uddingston. You will report to the Site Manager, undertaking all site duties safely, understanding CRH and SHE safety. You will be responsible for driving a forklift truck and learning all required aspects of the operation to meet company and customer requirements, playing an active role in achieving compliance with our quality, environment and safety accreditations. 

Main Responsibilities

On a day to day basis, duties and responsibilities will include (not exhaustive):

Meeting daily production target requirementsMoving, loading and unloading products from the plant and vehiclesMeeting customer service requirements in terms of accurate loading and timely vehicle turnaroundStock rotation alongside maintaining stock levels to maintain demand Maintenance and daily checks of mobile plant Maintaining housekeeping standards Working on the continuous improvement of performance standards

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the role will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar production and despatch environment, alongside:

IOSH or other safety qualification or relevant experienceForklift Truck LicenceFull driving licencePrevious experience of working in a high-volume cement plant would be desirableMobile plant experience essential
