How You’ll Make an Impact

Report directly to Manager, Operations as required.Meet daily performance expectations set by leadership.Review and process deposit applications from customers and brokers, ensuring compliance with disclosure, due diligence, and AML/CTF requirements.Enter and validate all application details with speed and accuracy, following established Procedures & Guidelines.Handle non-compliant applications promptly and escalate as required.Complete account maintenance tasks (renewals, early redemptions, estates, rate concessions, etc.) in a timely manner.Process transactions, including maturity and interest cheques, ensuring accuracy and appropriate handling.Review operational reports for completeness and accuracy; follow up on discrepancies and support data integrity initiatives.Perform regular audit and quality control checks across deposit and mortgage processes.Provide professional, clear, and timely communication with customers, brokers, and internal teams.Respond to inquiries promptly and resolve issues with professionalism.Deliver service aligned with organizational values, maintaining a high standard of excellence.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external brokers/customers.Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows and ensure operational alignment.Provide backup and support to peers, learning and assisting with processes beyond immediate responsibilities.Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture through collaboration and support.Embrace change with a positive mindset; actively contribute ideas for process improvements.Stay open to learning new processes across Operations to support flexibility and team success.

What You Bring to the Table

You have a high school diploma.You have a minimum of one year of data entry experience.  A banking background would be an asset!You have a demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems, working knowledge of related computerized accounting systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (you’ve got gold-medal Excel skills).
