Project Manager role responsible for the migration of FM sites operating Maximo CMMS to Salesforce following a prescribed deployment project plan template
Following project plan process, utilize templates to populate plans for each account and site as needed to document specific details such as stakeholders, schedule of activities, owners, etc.
Document and track key performance indicators of the project plan, account team engagement, and completion rates that roll up to the regional overall program plan
Measure and report on predictable quality of deployment, key areas for follow up, and escalation processes to ensure project schedules and overall program plan timeline are on track
