This will include researching, developing, testing, training, and maintenance of systems. Understanding the complexities of IBM DataCap imaging software, Siebel CRM, FileNet, SAP, GENTAX, and Power BI systems to analyze, develop, test, and train the use of systems is a must, as you will provide support to staff and customers of these systems. Responsibilities will also include creating and analyzing reports and spreadsheets; developing procedures and training staff; developing and improving quality improvement and technology processes for the units.
