What you will be doing 

You will be purchasing retail store production and display equipment to support 2,200 store locations. Resolving Open PO commitments. High volume, interesting and exciting position – no two days will be alike. We promote a fun, shared work culture. 

This is a hybrid position currently in office Tuesdays and Wednesdays based in our Phoenix AZ office. (Office Days are subject to change based on Corporate Determination) 

Main responsibilities:

Support assigned Division/Banner  Research equipment requests for correct model/ requirements.  Issue Purchase Orders.  Confirm product ETA  Confirm receipt of equipment.  Work with the account payables team on invoice discrepancies. 

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

1-2 years of relevant business experience preferred.  Some college coursework completed; a degree is a plus.  Microsoft Office Proficiency skills in Outlook and Excel.  Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new software applications.  Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.  Friendly, coachable, reliable, and punctual.
