To provide secretarial and receptionist support to the Wound/Ostomy staff. These services include ordering supplies, receptionist tasks, phone triage, processing mail, insurance verification, payroll support, medical records management activities and system administration activities for PHS/Scheduling. Provides weekly staffing schedule to manager and performs other duties as assigned.
The job requires the provision of occasional guidance and training to others. The job does not have formal or official supervisory responsibilities.
Education:High school graduation or equivalent
Special Training:
Word processing with a minimum of 60 wpm, spreadsheet applications, database applications
Training Preferred:
Medical terminology
Experience:More than 1 year experience required.
