Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Department Secretary
As a Department Secretary at MercyOne, you will be provide support services to the department including all secretarial, clerical and receptionist functions. This position processes and distributes all diagnostic test interpretations for the department. Performs a high level of independent technical and computer skills with judgment and initiative. Ensures accurate charge entry and medical record completion for all accounts. Tabulates daily volumes for correct data management. Actively participates in quality monitoring and performs tasks that support the orderly flow of information within the department.

General Requirements
Training Preferred: Effective communication skills, medical terminology
Special Training: Computer usage, word and excel. Spreadsheet and database applications.
More than 1 year experience required
Education:
High school graduation or equivalent
