Job Description

As a Department Manager Trainee, you’ll work closely with the Department Manager and other leaders to learn how to drive commercial success, lead a team, and create an inspiring store environment. You’ll be supported through structured training and real-time feedback, with the goal of stepping into a Department Manager role in the near future.

Deliver a high level of customer service through styling advice, product knowledge, and an engaging store experienceLearn to analyse sales data and contribute to strategies that maximise department performanceSupport and motivate Sales Advisors to consistently achieve service and presentation standardsAssist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team membersContribute to identifying and developing future talent within the teamHelp oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standardsAct as a brand ambassador, inspiring customers and colleagues with your enthusiasm for ARKETStep into leadership responsibilities when needed, with guidance and support from senior managers

Additional Information

This is a temporary part-time Sales Advisor position with a contract of 30 hours a week, starting as soon as possible and until end of June 2026.
