Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in Front Office or Rooms Division, preferably in a luxury resort or international hotel brand.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, Opera or equivalent) and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proven ability to inspire and lead a multicultural team.
Exceptional guest relations skills and attention to detail.
