Job DescriptionAs ME-CN Travel Coordinator, responsible forFlight booking, rental car booking, APEC card management, etc.Continuous optimization of travelling related processesManagement of ME-CN administrative topicsMeeting rooms, Gift Pool, and other administrative work (e.g. PO release, reimbursement, fix assets check, management meeting preparation, exchange within ME-CN admin community)Optimization of administration related processes at ME-CN3. Support on ME/RP-CN admin topic
Calendar management, arrangement of meetings and eventsOthersQualificationsBachelor's degree or higher.Experience working as a department assistant.Strong communication and coordination abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Fluency in both spoken and written English.Demonstrated experience in writing and organizing events. (Photography and videography skills are preferred)Preferred:
