The Project Management Administrator supports the effective operation of the Centre of Excellence by delivering analytical, administrative, and governance expertise across PMO function. This role drives excellence in project management administration processes and systems, ensuring consistent project financial milestone, high‑quality KPIs report aligned with organizational standards.

As the Project Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities:

Supporting Project Management administrative operationally (examples include, indirect sourcing requisition, Sales Order management, invoicing, etc.)Supporting the Global PMO KPIs (monthly reporting) and coordinating with direct colleagues and Regional Leaders about data gathering and analysis.Supporting project governance and QMS compliance, including preparation and coordination for internal and external audits.Ensure Project Management QMS documents properly controlled and updated.

To be successful in this role you will:

Minimum diploma or degree in any field. from an accredited university is preferred or equivalent knowledge & experienceStrong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skillsStrong Microsoft Skills (Excel & PowerPoint).Knowledge/experience of Oracle or ERPAbility to work independentlyDemonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholdersAbility to successfully coordinate smaller projects/initiatives
