JOB STRUCTURE: Hybrid - In Office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), Remote 2 days per week (Friday, Monday)
JOB LOCATION: Markham, ON (Hwy 7 & Leslie St.)
ABOUT THIS CAREER OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity to be part of and support the Black & McDonald Corporate Procurement Services Team. The Department Administrator reports directly to the Director of Corporate Procurement. This role will assist with the overall administration of the department.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create and maintain item numbers for Company InventoryBuild and maintain spreadsheets / databases for tracking procurement activities as requiredData entry, collection and interpretation from various sources Update and revise necessary information on the WireDocumentation control – photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filingFacilitate Corporate Procurement Reports and PresentationsSupport with supplier evaluation and selectionInitiate and track approval cycle Other administrative duties include booking meetings and travel, taking minutes of meeting, and submitting expense claims Promptly and professionally respond to all internal and external customersCOMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

University degree will be an asset.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1-5 years’ of office management/office administration experienceProcurement knowledge would be an assetSKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
