Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMSaturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Requirements DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. programActive State Dental LicenseCPR/BLS CertificationWilling to obtain a Real ID for base accessPass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.
