Job Description

As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and quality health care services to patients requiring treatment for HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, and Sexually Transmitted Diseases. You will play a vital role in supporting the organization's mission by offering care to diverse communities, including straight, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals, irrespective of their immediate ability to pay. Your duties will encompass screening, diagnosing, and treating patients while maintaining sensitivity and non-judgmental attitudes. You are expected to make appropriate referrals and uphold a high standard of professional competence and ethical behavior.

ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive dental care and wellness education.Conduct thorough screenings, diagnoses, and treatments.Utilize pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic modalities as needed.Maintain accurate medical histories and ensure confidentiality.Adhere to dental protocols and make appropriate referrals.Participate in quality improvement initiatives.Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.Additional Skills & QualificationsValid driver's license.DDS or DMD licensure in FL (active, in good standing).Active Dental Board License in FL.Current malpractice insurance.Minimum of three years of direct clinical practice.Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite within a dental practice/clinic. Working hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Fridays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $208000.00 - $218400.00/yr.
