What You’ll Do 

Lead, manage, and grow three dental centers located in Colorado Springs by coaching, training, and developing a team of Office Managers. You will direct all business and non-clinical decisions while building strategic relationships with dentists and team members. The Senior Office Manager will report directly to our Regional Manager and work closely to ensure each practice delivers an exceptional customer experience, while meeting and driving financial results. 

 

How You’ll Do It

 

Office operations management - Provide leadership and be present at each office a minimum of 1 day(8 hours) per week. Coach, train, mentor, and partner with office managers, patient coordinators, clinical team, and dentists to implement best practices, optimize scheduling, provide exceptional customer experience, and meet financial goals. 

 

Leadership - You are the “one source of truth” for all non-clinical processes and procedures conducted within these offices. Your leadership will foster the team spirit, build morale, and ensure office and brand connectivity. You will identify and develop Office Managers and be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new talent, including both clinical and non-clinical staff. 

 

Customer Experience leadership - Train and coach team members to meet the standards outlined in Peak’s exclusive training system. Achieve NPS goals and assist team members in navigating patient complaints and resolution. Ensure compliance with reputation management through an online platform. 

 

Profit & Loss responsibility-  reporting, budget management - Lead and manage to defined KPI’s to meet revenue goals. Develop and manage the annual budget. Implement and ensure adherence to insurance, cash management, and accounting protocols.

 

 

Requirements

5+ years in Dental Management.

 

Essential Functions

Leadership & Team Development: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Office Managers to exceed goals while ensuring high-quality care and patient experiences.

Customer Experience: Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, aiming for Net Promoter Scores >80. Train teams to build rapport with patients and resolve concerns effectively.

Profit & Loss Management: Oversee office budgets, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure financial targets are met.

Office Operations: Provide in-office leadership and coaching on non-clinical practices, including scheduling optimization, supplies management, and patient flow.

Talent Development & Recruitment: Support the hiring and onboarding process for both clinical and non-clinical staff.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Regional Manager to implement business strategies and track performance to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

3+ years in Dental Management or equivalent experience

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple locations and develop strong relationships with team members and dental professionals

Proven experience in improving operational efficiency and achieving financial goals

Experience with Denticon or any similar cloud based PMS system
