As a Dental Network Provider Relations team member, you will work directly with contracted providers to help resolve issues, assess and negotiate provider fee schedules, and attempt to reverse termination requests. You will work in a variety of different systems and partner with other network team members. 3+ years of dental insurance industry experienceThe ability to accelerate impact and drive resultsExcellent decision making, critical thinking and communication skillsKnowledge of Dental a plusKnowledge of MS Word/Excel/PPTExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required

You Will:

Assess and analyze provider fee schedulesLeverage available data to negotiate mutually beneficial fee schedule increases with providersResearch and resolve a variety of provider issuesGrow knowledge base of Network strategyWork on a variety of projectsBe accountable for meeting contractual and procedural turnaround timesPut forth all reasonable efforts to retain providers in the networkProvide outstanding customer service to providers and internal partners

Salary Range:

$48,170.00 - $72,260.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
