Job Title: Demo Decon Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Demolition Supervisor to join our team. This role requires extensive travel, as you will be working wherever the project demands within the Continental United States. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in decommissioning, demolition, construction, and environmental remediation.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise field project teams for large industrial projects involving remediation, demolition, and decommissioning.Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols at all times.Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely completion of tasks.Engage in client management, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.Provide leadership and organizational guidance to teams, ensuring effective team management and productivity.

Essential Skills

5-10 years of supervisory experience managing large crews of 10 or more.Strong understanding of environmental demolition and remediation work.Experience in supervising asbestos abatement.Experience managing large scope projects.Ability to travel 100% of the time.Active AHERA Asbestos Supervisors License.OSHA 30 and OSHA 40 certifications.HAZWOPER certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Asbestos License and Certification.Prior experience in report writing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
