To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:

Sufficient work experience as Commis Chef /Demi Chef in a hotel or restaurant with good standardsCompletion of Chef Apprenticeship or Certificate in Commercial CookeryGood Hygiene KnowledgeSafe and accurate knife skillsKnowledge and experience in a variety of different cooking methods
