**Duties and responsibilities related to the** **Demi Chef de Partie** **role** ** **
**·** **To assist the CDP and Sous chef.**
**·** **To be able to follow instructions clearly.**
**·** **To be able to work well within a team.**
**·** **Producing a high standard of food for all outlets consistently excellent**
**·** **Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety**
**·** **Maintaining areas of work and machinery**
**·** **Ensure the organization’s food policy and strategy in areas such as allergen management are implemented and followed**
**·** **Controlling the order and storage of food supplies**
**·** **To be able to work under pressure as required by business levels**
**·** **Continued learning and progression**

**You have experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally within a premium or high** **‑** **volume environment. Passionate about food and committed to excellence, you bring great organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. With a hands** **‑** **on approach, you support the smooth running of your section, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every dish.**
