Demi Chef de Partie
Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be for supporting the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of a designated kitchen section, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.


Key expectations:

Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in the assigned sectionEnsure all food items are prepared according to recipes, portioning, cooking, and presentation standardsMaintain the highest levels of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in accordance with HACCP and hotel policiesSupport mise en place for service and ensure readiness of the section at all timesEnsure excellent cooperation and communication with colleagues across sectionsTrain and support Commis Chefs and apprentices within the team


Profile:

Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environmentFormal culinary training or recognized culinary qualification preferredPassion for food, creativity, and continuous learningExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
