Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of culinary dishes in your assigned section, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity in our food offerings.

Oversee and manage the preparation of all dishes within your assigned sectionEnsure consistent quality and presentation of menu itemsCollaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new menu items and improve existing recipesTrain and supervise junior kitchen staff in your sectionMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standardsAssist in inventory management and cost control within your sectionContribute to menu planning and seasonal adjustmentsEnsure efficient operation of your section during service hoursParticipate in team meetings and contribute ideas for kitchen improvementsAdapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

QualificationsBachelor's degree or culinary degree requiredMinimum of one year experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in hotels or restaurantsStrong commitment to teamwork and customer serviceIn-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standardsCreativity in food preparation and presentationExcellent communication skills in EnglishFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
