Duties and responsibilities related to the Demi Chef de Partie role
To assist the CDP and Sous chef.To be able to follow instructions clearly.To be able to work well within a team.Producing a high standard of food for all outlets consistently excellentEnsuring the highest levels of hygiene and safetyMaintaining areas of work and machineryEnsure the organization’s food policy and strategy in areas such as allergen management are implemented and followedControlling the order and storage of food suppliesTo be able to work under pressure as required by business levelsContinued learning and progressionEnjoy your work , and experiences gained whilst working at AndazAbout You
You will have proven experience in culinary operations, with the ability to manage and support a kitchen section effectively. You bring strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and current trends, along with a genuine commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
