**Description:**
The Demi Chef – Cold Kitchen at Alila Villas Uluwatu is responsible for preparing, presenting, and maintaining the quality and freshness of all cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and cold desserts, in accordance with the hotel’s or restaurant’s standards. The role ensures proper hygiene, storage, and mise en place are maintained at all times.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel or restaurant.
+ Good knowledge of cold food preparation and presentation.
+ Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
+ Team player with good communication and organizational skills.
+ Basic culinary education or equivalent certification is preferred.
