•  Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
•  Basic knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques (e.g., stir-frying, steaming, roasting, dumpling preparation).
•  Understanding of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of teamwork.
•  Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior chefs.
•  Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
•  Culinary education or certification is an advantage.
