**Description:**
You will be responsible to support the Chef de Partie in the daily operations of the associate dining kitchen. This role assists in preparing nutritious and well-balanced meals for team members, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards and ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
**Qualifications:**
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Experience in high-volume meal preparation is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Culinary education or certification is a plus.
