**Description:**
The Demi Chef supports the kitchen team in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards. This role is responsible for daily mise‑en‑place, assisting during service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen. The Demi Chef works in a fast‑paced environment, ensures food safety compliance, minimizes waste, and contributes to smooth kitchen operations while continuously developing culinary skills and teamwork.
**Qualifications:**
+ Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant kitchen experience
+ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
+ Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen procedures
+ Familiarity with food hygiene and safety standards
+ Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
