What will I be doing?

\n\n

In your new role as a Demi Chef, you will utilise your creative flair and passion for food and will be responsible for performing the following tasks;

\n\n\n\tPreparing and presenting high-quality dishes \n\tPreparing all mis-en-place for all relevant menus\n\tAssisting in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\n\tContributing to control costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets\n

What are we looking for?

\n\n

To successfully fill this role, you must have prior experience working as a banquets chef as well as:

\n\n\n\tNVQ Level 3\n\tBasic Food Hygiene Certificate\n\tExcellent planning, organising and time management skills \n\tAbility to work within a team \n\tPrevious kitchen experience \n\n\n
