You will develop the 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and at the stock keeping unit (SKU) level. You will coordinate, challenge and influence building block with input from sales, marketing and other partners. In addition, you will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing. Finally, you will provide the finalized detailed demand plan by SKU to supply planners and adjust it based on feedback from supply planners or commercial teams.
**How will you contribute?** **You will:**
**1. Integrated Business Planning (IBP) & Demand Management**
+ Understand overall Integrated Business Planning Process (IBP), main stages, and key meetings.
+ Contribute to the demand management cycle of the IBP process for your categories and to strategy and structure discussions.
+ Manage forecast compilation process, which includes owning the short-term weekly plan and the long-term forecast.
+ Understand the drivers of actual sales results and reasons behind demand changes collaborating with Demand planners.
+ Understand latest official Demand plan and potential risks and opportunities. Provide impact to meetings within IBP process and support decision execution.
+ Monitor sales performance and demand evolution including promo volume tracking.
+ Participate in the integrated business planning process and manage the demand planning tool.
+ Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting via future planning tools.
+ Liaise with the commercial and operational teams and develop ways to continuously improve communication between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPIs.
**2. Supply Planning & Inventory Management**
+ Monitor supply and stock projection, manage special inventory situations, use and maintain supply planning systems and supply/demand reporting (SAP, APO, BI). Understand the capacity situation and planning parameters behind the plans, drivers of supply plans change and actual results contacting to HUB planners.
+ Based on orders for export products, monitor their production and stock levels, and ensure stock transfers to the export warehouse.
+ Cooperate with HUB planners (Supply) to come up to sufficient plan; control the service risks caused by supply reasons on weekly and daily bases. Highlight the risks and communicate to appropriate functions.
+ Propose and drive actions to mitigate the risks and ensure service collaborating with HUB planners, Demand planners, Export Planner, Customer Service and Logistic Operations.
+ Understand the root cause of service failures collaborating with Demand planners and HUB planners and share with stakeholders.
+ Ensure stock freshness in line with customer requirements and lead Aging and W/O process for all categories: Monitor and analyse write off risk. Do root cause analyses with collaboration of Demand planners and stakeholders. Communicate the risks to appropriate functions. Propose and drive the actions to mitigate the risks.
**3. Analysis, Optimization & Continuous Improvement**
+ Perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key service issues, forecast error and bias, and share output with appropriate leadership.
+ Analyse demand and supply data and come up with initiatives how to provide high service level, to minimize stocks, to ensure stock freshness and to optimize portfolio.
+ Drive the initiative implementation collaborating with appropriate functions.
+ Contribute to portfolio optimization projects highlighting risks, initiating supply scenarios and support the project with relevant analyses.
**4. Co-Pack Planning**
+ Prepare co-packing plans including estimation of request for production, ensure proper planning parameters to prepare the plans and set up them in system.
+ Support the deliveries with purchase and stock transfer orders.
**What you will bring**

+ Supply Chain background, having experience in Supply Planning and/or Demand Planning
+ FMCG background is highly appreciated, but not necessary a blocking point of not existing and other skills will compensate
+ Advance Excel and SAP experience
+ Good communication skills and command of English
+ Fast learner and able to work and adapt in a very dynamic environment
+ We need a team player as the position is a centric one, dealing with of internal stakeholders (Demand Planning, Category Planning, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) but also external partners for co-packing activity.
