This role is responsible for processing customer forecasts, tracking forecast accuracy, and managing demand exceptions. **How to Apply:** **Internal Employees:** Please submit your updated resume in English and ensure you use only your Arrow email address. **External Candidates:** Please submit your updated resume in English. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Forecast Management + Process and consolidate customer forecasts regularly + Work with Sales and Account teams to understand upcoming demand drivers + Maintain up-to-date demand signals for accurate planning inputs + Forecast Accuracy + Track and report forecast accuracy by customer, product, and region + Analyze trends and highlight significant variances + Recommend adjustments to improve forecast reliability over time + Exception Management + Review and address exceptions + Investigate root causes of demand spikes or gaps + Work with cross-functional teams to validate and resolve anomalies + Cross-Functional Collaboration + Partner with teams across Sales, Operations, and Finance to align on assumptions and key planning inputs + Support the monthly demand review and S&OP cycles with data-driven insights + Reporting & Analysis + Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to track forecast health + Provide visibility into forecast trends, changes, and risks **What We Are Looking For:** + 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain roles + Experience with data analysis and visualization. + Intermediate-advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, logical functions, etc.) + Excellent verbal and written English skills. **The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (preferred)** + Experience with Oracle Demantra or other ERPs. + Knowledge/experience with Power BI. **Work Arrangement:** + Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home **What's In It For You:** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
