We’re looking for a Demand/Supply Planner to join our team and support end-to-end demand planning activities. This role is responsible for processing customer forecasts, tracking forecast accuracy, and managing demand exceptions.

What You'll Be Doing:
Forecast Management
Process and consolidate customer forecasts regularly
Work with Sales and Account teams to understand upcoming demand drivers
Maintain up-to-date demand signals for accurate planning inputs
Forecast Accuracy
Track and report forecast accuracy by customer, product, and region
Analyze trends and highlight significant variances
Recommend adjustments to improve forecast reliability over time
Exception Management
Review and address exceptions
Investigate root causes of demand spikes or gaps
Work with cross-functional teams to validate and resolve anomalies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with teams across Sales, Operations, and Finance to align on assumptions and key planning inputs
Support the monthly demand review and S&OP cycles with data-driven insights
Reporting & Analysis
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to track forecast health
Provide visibility into forecast trends, changes, and risks
What We Are Looking For:
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain roles
Experience with data analysis and visualization.
Intermediate-advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, logical functions, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (preferred)
Experience with Oracle Demantra or other ERPs.
Knowledge/experience with Power BI.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
