We have an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for an experienced replenishment & reporting planner to join our Demand Team and Australian's No.1 Snacking Supplier.  As Demand Replenishment and Reporting Planner, you will maintain the management of the short-term tactical horizon within the Demand team that will include day to day management of Occasional Chocolate and tactical responsibilities with a significant focus on stakeholder management and ensuring a deep understanding of the role of Replenishment and the ways of working at Mondelez. You will also be responsible to the compilation of the demand team’s weekly & monthly reporting requirements in line with our IBP critical milestones.

The role acts as a link between the Demand and Supply teams, developing ways to continuously improve communications between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPI’s of the Replenishment team. This includes ensuring that the correct levels of inventory are maintained to meet forecast demand and any imbalance is communicated post seeking solutions with supply planners. In addition, track the future CFR of their portfolio and seek solutions to any potential miss including the management of allocations when demand exceeds the available supply, SAR management and continuous improvement. It also acts as a critical role in enabling timely and accurate information to enhance quick decision making within the business.

How you will contribute

You will:

Manage Inventory levels liaising with supply planners to ensure an accurate level of inventory is held to meet customer service levels 0-14 weeks.Integrated Business Management (IBP) cycle managed ensuring that issues and actions arising within the monthly business management cycle are managed to completion.Develop strong communication and partnering links with Demand and Supply Planning to ensure that supply planning issues are captured, and where applicable are escalated within business-wide planning forums.Weekly Drumbeat Process - Coordinate, consolidate, resolve and communicate short term (within 0-13 weeks) supply constraints.Ensure the maintenance of all relevant system data to required standards. This includes date validity, analysis, Master Data and other data elements impacting on the planning processDeliver all fulfilment reports on time in a user-friendly format as required by stakeholders, the demand and supply teams and the regional demand and supply IBP teams.Ensure timely & accurate reporting in line with business needsDrive the continuous improvement agenda for the demand teamDevelop new ways to enhance our reporting capability

What you will bring

Experience in a FMCG or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint, and products are promoted frequentlyExperience within an IBP/S&OP environmentExperience in replenishment/demand/supply planning or similar functionAble to influence cross-functional teams, working on priorities and finding solutionsExcellent stakeholder management skillsExcellent problem-solving skills, analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh proficiency in excelGrowth mindset and positive attitudeWillingness to challenge the status quoExcellent work ethicAbility to work in high pressure environment
